Smoke detectors are required on each floor of the property and C02 detectors are required next to all solid fuel burning appliances, although many land lords and agents are fitting these next to all gas appliances.

We offer a free testing of alarms whilst we are on site for any of our maintenance works we carry out, and we are always prepared to replace or install any that are required – we can quote for the supply and installation of these whilst on site!
