Who are we?

Waterford Development provides a one-stop-shop property maintenance service. We can send a plumber to fix the leak and then send a decorator to make good the damage caused. We serve estate agents, lettings agents, property management companies and home owners in London. Since 1998, we have built a reputation for fast, friendly and professional service.

We employ a professional full-time team of experienced, qualified staff who can handle any property maintenance challenge, no matter how large or small. Our team includes skilled tradesmen in heating and plumbing, electrics, decorating, carpentry, roofing, all types of flooring and now drainage!

We are able to carry out everything from full refurbishments and property renovations, to the smallest repairs and maintenance. We are here to help, as we know how important professional management is for you and your property. We are proud to be Gas Safe Registered and fully insured.
